But that’s a hard thing to do because most of us have the same relationship with our own software that my grandmother has with her computer. It’s this thing someone put there, we use it when we need to, it somehow magically works, and we hope it doesn’t break. It’s the way we are with a lot of the things we own, where we’re just the dumb user, not the pro.
